The 21000 series "Urban Liner" was introduced in 1988 as a non-stop express service connecting Kintetsu Namba (now Osaka Namba) and Kintetsu Nagoya.
Between 2003 and 2005, it was renovated to be barrier-free, the seats were updated, it became the "Urban Liner Plus", and a beige stripe was added to the body.

- Reproduces the 21000 series Urban Liner plus, the modifications of which were completed by 2005
- A full 8-car formation can be reproduced by combining this product with the <98292> add-on set
- Reproduces the ``Urban Liner plus'' paint scheme of white with beige and yellow stripes

- Car number is printed
- Equipped with a circuit board that keeps head and tail lights on
- Head and tail lights and passing indicator lights are illuminated by LEDs
- Equipped with a motor with a flywheel
- Uses a new current collecting system and silver wheels
