Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
